To cancel your account, all you have to do is fill out our service cancellation form. Please include a reason why you no longer wish to host with PacificHost. After we receive your cancellation request and reason for leaving we will cancel your account. In order to receive a refund you must request a refund in the cancellation ticket.
If your account is cancelled 72 hours before your recurring monthly billing date, you will not be billed for the next month and all payments thereafter will be cancelled with immediate effect.
