Thomas Perry - President & CEO

Thomas was born and raised in San Diego. Starting his first hosting company at the age of 16, he quickly learned the market was saturated with hosts who promised alot but never delivered. Thomas entered the market with the goal of spending money where others cut corners. He runs PacificHost everyday with the intention of delivering the best hosting experience possible. After graduating from the University of San Diego with a degree in Arts & Sciences. Thomas then went on to create PacificHost, which has grown into a company with over 10,000 customers. As CEO, Thomas is constantly working to train new employees and thinking of ways to improve the customer experience on every level.

Ryan Donnell - VP of Operations

Ryan is in charge of the daily operation of the company. He is central to ensuring everyday runs as smooth as the last. Ryan works behind the scenes to ensure our support team is doing a great job with each and every client we work with.

Previous to PacificHost, Ryan worked with several prominent other technology related firms. Ryan worked his way up to becoming a floor supervisor at a company call center. He brings his previous experience with him to ensure the smooth flow of customer support and instills a great customer service mentality for our entire support team.

Michael Lohr - Chief Technical Officer

Keeping our servers and network secure is top priority for us. Michael has worked behind the scenes managing and configuring thousands of servers with some big name companies. Michael has also done freelance system administration for 8 years and continues to offer his service in his time off. Michael is responsible for the incredible uptime and server stability we have, and manually provisions and maintains our entire fleet of servers.

Jason Sparks - Marketing Director

Jason is our affiliate relations and marketing director. He is in charge of all advertising and marketing campaigns we put out. Jason previously did SEO Consulting and has garnered his previous experience and applies it to PacificHost everyday. He also helps put together new promotions, newsletters, and ensures our site remains high in the search engines.
